I think you should try port forwarding on your router and see if it still doesn't work

I'll give it a shot today.
Was reading through this thread on the Teamspeak forums: http://forum.teamspeak.com/showthread.php/64938-Disconnecting-frequently
Same issue as me, down to OS, ISP, router and symptoms. I'm a bit hesitant to turn off my router firewall completely as one of the solutions suggests though...

You should try just turning off your router's firewall for an hour to see if thats the problem

If you have something shitty like the free bigpond/other ISP ones, with your own custom router. & using ADSL.
I recommend getting something good like the billion 7700N which can be bought for <$60, much better quality, at the start of the year I got the billion 7300GRA and its great, firewall/UPnP Portmaping works perfectly never had an issue with any programs or drop-outs due to net.
QoS was also easy enough for me to setup(requires some networking knowledge), so everyone is limited to 80% up and 80% down, meaning nobody can cap the net out leaving enough room for me to game without lag without ping spikes.
