Teamspeak Hardware Set-Up

I was wondering if I could setup Teamspeak just with a Microphone alone. What I mean is, plugging just the Mic(without headset) and talking through the mic while I can listen my team speaks through my speakers.

Is this possible?

Yeap, that's what I do when talking on Steam/Origin Voice or Skype. My Logitech Clearchat's microphone is boss quality but the cans are far and away the most pathetic excuse for phones I've ever heard.

Yup easily done, I do it myself. Have a standalone mic with headphones. When u get your mic come on teamspeak if u need help.
